We have compiled a list of the questions we have been asked, and some we think might get asked. If you have any other questions, please email or call us and we will be pleased to help if we can.  Please always allow 14 days from the date of your order for receipt of goods.

How do I make an Account?

You can make an account by clicking on the Register tab in the top right of the screen.

What happens if I forget my Account password?

If you forget your password click on the Need Help tab in the top right of the screen and choose I have forgotten my password on the next screen.

How do I add to the Shopping Cart?

You can add to the shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button that is located on the individual product page.

Can I change the items in my Shopping Cart?

You can change the items in your shopping cart by clicking on 'Items' in your Cart on the left. This will display all items you have added to your cart where you can alter quantities or delete specific items.

What options do I have for payment?

We accept all major credit cards, credit cards orders over the phone, Direct Deposit and Gift Certificates.

Will I get some confirmation that my order was received?

You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email. You can also view all your purchases once you have Logged into your account through the Customer Login page.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Depending on where your location your package can take between 2 and 10 days for delivery.

How can I keep track of my order?

You can track your order with the order number you are provided once you purchased your item. You can also get access to this number from the invoice that was sent to you via email.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or incomplete?

If you order is incomplete or incorrect please view this page which details what you need to do for a return.
